Open from May through September, Lost Lake is available for picnics, canoes, kayaking, paddleboats, row boats, fishing, and hiking. No motorized equipment is allowed, so it’s a quiet atmosphere. There is a general store, and for reservations to rent fishing poles and various boats, visit the Lost Lake Resort & Campground.

Multnomah Falls proximity to StoryBook Glade

Multnomah Falls is the most popular natural destination in Oregon because of the majestic height of water cascading over the cliff. You can go for free and walk to various viewpoints, or you can also make a reservation to dine in the rustic lodge. There are exits right off the interstate, but there is also a scenic route along the original highway that takes you past other waterfalls in the Gorge.

Sternwheeler proximity to StoryBook Glade

Sternwheeler River Cruises operate from Cascade Locks during the season of May through October. Recommended advance purchase of sightseeing tickets or reservations for brunch or dinner as you glide along the Columbia River. Located near Multnomah Falls, you could visit both of these attractions in the same day.
